Yoga was not the first thing I thought about trying when I wanted to get "better" physically.Somehow my wife convinced me to try it. Now I am going twice a week! We do an aerial and a beginners class. My flexibility, breathing, stress levels, and strength have all improved. I usually find it easier to get up from floor level. My goal is to make it easier for me to get in and out of my kayak this spring. Find SOMETHING that works for you, try new and different things, who knows what you might find that works for you!
