Blandford, Mass.
Blandford Fire - Rescue operates Engine 1, Squad 2, Brush 3 Rescue 4 and an ATV w/ Rescue Trailer. Blandford is staffed with a part-time Fire Chief and about 15 volunteers. They service a diverse response district of mostly old homes in the main street and North Blandford, the Mass Turnpike including two rest areas, additionally there is a recently closed ski area and an active golf course. I am so intimately familiar with this department as I served as their chief from 2014-2020
